Ike & Tina Turner were an American musical duo active during the 1960s and 1970s, consisting of the husband-and-wife team Ike Turner and Tina Turner. Rolling Stone ranked them No. 2 on their list of the 20 Greatest Duos of All Time.

Beginning in 1960, they performed live as the Ike & Tina Turner Revue, supported by Ike Turner's band the Kings of Rhythm and backing vocalists called the Ikettes. The Ike & Tina Turner Revue was regarded as "one of the most potent live acts on the R&B circuit". Their live performances were a musical spectacle in the style of James Brown and the Famous Flames.

The duo's early recordings, which include "A Fool In Love", "It's Gonna Work Out Fine", and "I Idolize You", became high points in the development of soul music. Their later works are noted for interpretive re-arrangements of rock songs such as "Come Together", "Honky Tonk Woman", and "Proud Mary", the latter of which won them a Grammy Award in 1972. The Turners' professional and personal relationship ended in 1976, and their divorce was finalized in 1978.

Ike & Tina Turner were inducted to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 1991. They have two singles inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame, "River Deep – Mountain High" and "Proud Mary".

A game-changing song and video. Following up his UK number one hit as Tubeway Army (Are 'Friends' Electric?), Cars launched Gary Numan's solo career with another UK number one. Built around analogue synthesisers with no guitar, this was the purest form of Gary's 'Machine Music' and the track has subsequently been sampled on numerous occasions. Promotional videos were also a rarity at the time and this one created the defining image of Gary Numan.

The rock classic, recorded at Olympic studios in Barnes and produced by Steve Brown. This was recorded and released as a stand-alone single but it was included on the band's next album, 'Love'. Though it spent months in the UK charts, and was one of the best selling tracks of the year, it actually never reached the top ten. Available on Deluxe 2-LP, 2-CD, and Digital — as well as a Super Deluxe Edition collector’s box set — Fallen (20th Anniversary Edition) offers newly remastered audio, including the album’s singles “My Immortal,” “Going Under,” “Everybody’s Fool,” and “Bring Me To Life.” The expanded set also includes a trove of bonus material – ten tracks in all – comprising previously-unreleased demos and live recordings plus a selection of rare B-sides. Alongside reimagined artwork, all physical formats will include previously-unseen photos from the era, plus a handwritten foreword by Amy Lee, who oversaw all aspects of the reissue. The Deluxe vinyl, CD and digital configurations are out now.

Available exclusively at Evanescence.com is the Super Deluxe Box Set, arriving February, 2024. Housed in a collectible shadow box-style package (inspired by Amy’s songwriting journal cover art), this limited edition includes all of the above-mentioned music as part of a 2-LP set (featuring a Black & Silver blend vinyl) plus a bonus cassette of previously unreleased demos and voice notes which is exclusive to this box set.
